Thank you for checking out the Summit Strength blog. My name is Joe Mills, owner of Summit Strength, and I will be the man behind the curtain (or is it computer?) operating this page. If you’d like to know more about myself or the gym, please see our “About” page.
There will be three blog posts weekly. One on Monday, one on Wednesday, and one on Friday. The Monday post will always be centered around nutrition and will include a recipe with macronutrient information. The Wednesday post will be geared toward improving performance in Summit, and will be a fitness tip of some sort. Friday’s post will be a jumble of my favorite articles found around the web during the week. Most of these articles will be health and fitness focused, but just to keep things fun there will probably be some other topics involved, as well.
