CrossFit WOD Purpose:

The CrossFit Open is coming up in just five short weeks – so we will be incorporating a CrossFit Open workout each week to prepare. This is the first workout from 2017’s CrossFit Open, and it is all about continuous movement. If you blow out of the gate, you’ll fall of the “CrossFit Cliff” around the set of 30 snatches. Move intentionally paced at the beginning and speed up at the end of the workout.
