QUESTION: Do I need to get into shape before I start CrossFit?
No! We hear this question all the time, and the answer is a resounding NO. The best way to be ready for CrossFit is to start doing CrossFit. Every activity and workout is scalable to your level and your intensity. We will work with you to ensure that you are moving at the pace you feel comfortable with, while being pushed outside of your comfort zone and seeing real changes.
QUESTION: What if I don’t know the movements?
If you’re new to CrossFit, each member goes through an in-depth On Ramp program designed to learn the foundational movements when they come through our doors. In order to keep you safe and moving toward your fitness goals, all coaches have a focus on mechanics first. Current CrossFitter? No problem, we’ll test you out.
